Getting the powerwall2 to charge at a lower load and/or slower rate

Due to my specific site requirements, and current solar installation, it would suit me to be able to alter the max load the PW2 draws ie charges at..

(I'd like to vary it down to say 2kW from it's current 5kW) and/or the time it takes to charge (say from 2 hrs to 6-8).

1/ How do I do this in the app?

2/ If I can't do it in the app, is there any way my accredited Tesla installer can change the setting to do it?

3/ If neither is possible, is there any other way? (say via the API)?

4/ Worse case scenario (if none of these is an option) is there any way of switching the battery (as a load) on/off within the app?
