Same issue.

push really hard on the right side and it will likely latch.

I opened a service request for rear passenger door not unlocking properly from inside, same window not always going up and the glovebox appearing to droop on the right side. they are ordering me a new glove box assembly? but in the meantime, I just pushed it up and made it latch and it looks fine.

oh.. and both my key cards were melted when I got them.. they replaced them no questions asked too...

Guessing the glovebox thing may be a common issue... my appointment to have that fixed is on the 29th.. ping me after then and I can let you know if it is fixed.. but you could just open a service request and have them come out and look and then fix it...
