I heard some GM dealers are servicing Tesla. Obviously for those out of warranty.

If you searched TMC for "GM Serviced" (like I just did) you would find there is already an existing thread on this discussion, here:

Any dealer can replace tires, do an alignment or top off washer fluid. GM never states what kind of service is being done. I sort of doubt it's anything significant like electrical diagnostics. Still, it could be handy for those Tesla owners who are far from a Tesla service center for basic stuff.
