Has Anyone Had Peeling Yoke Replaced At Camarillo SC

There's a Service Center conveniently located in Camarillo, CA only 15 minutes from me. I put in a service request to replace my peeling yoke late last year. They keep saying item not available, we'll contact you when it is. I don't have confidence that they will contact me. So I contact them once a month, no dice yet.

I see on TMC, that yokes are being replaced in other areas. Has anyone had a peeling yoke replaced at the Camarillo, CA service?

They can do wheel or yoke replacement with mobile service. Try Agoura hills. Camarillo is not what it used to be.

Update, no dice yet. Scheduled mobile, then denied.

Just replaced yoke with mobile service. Initially request come to Thousand Oaks, but they reassigned to mobile service.
New Yoke with stitching. Let's see how this revision survives.

BTW technician allow me to keep old yoke!

It's my second replacement. Each yoke held 1yr.
Not to terrible, but for whatever reason mobile service in my area is awesome very responsive and helpful. Technician's name Mike.

BTW with new yoke they had to replace airbag too!
