Does anyone know how to remove the headrest on the model x then mod it so it does push so far forward?

Procedure looks identical to the Model 3, here is how to remove it. There are also videos.
I took mine to the basement, wrapped them in old shirts and clamped them between two thin pine slabs then used a
long pipe to bend the posts until satisfied.
