hearing whooshing sound while driving with windows down

the frequency of the sound goes up with the speed, sounds like a piece of paper blowing by a fan. i don't hear anything with windows up, but it's pretty noticeable with front windows down. i checked the tires, nothing is sticking to them, and the tire pressures are normal. anyone else had this before?

Update, went test drive again. This time I can pinpoint the noise is coming from the passenger side. I checked all 4 tires and they are all good, TMPS showing proper pressure also. I recorded some video clips but don’t know how to upload here, it says file is too big.
