Heaters not as good in 60, 70, 75?

The heater runs off the high voltage of the vehicle.
Unless they have different, higher amp heaters for the smaller KW vehicles, that would me the heat would be less effective in the 14 module battery packs (350v instead of 400)

Is that correct? I've never heard it mentioned but could be an additional selling point for cold climates (for 85+ vehicles)

I don't know, but all they have to do is increase the amperage to get the same amount of power from the lower voltage. Probably something that is controlled and can be adjusted to compensate. Even if the heater does put out 12% less heat, is this an issue? I don't do cold, so I have no data.

Electric heaters are generally specified in Watts. As such, if the voltage is decreased, the current is increased. It is just a simple matter of adjusting the wire gauge in the heating elements.

PTC heater is temperature stabilized within a wide voltage range, basically; as it's internal , very high, temperature raises , it's resistance increases.

part number is the same for all vehicles so they don't have a high amperage version.
