HELP! 17" LCD became unresponsive during highway drive.

It is no big deal to reboot one or both screens while driving. Does not effect vehicle control systems. I've probably had to do it about a dozen times in 56K miles of driving.

My touchscreen becomes unresponsive to input several times a week. I can't figure out a pattern to it. It seems like it happens more frequently when the car is parked in the sun. Sometimes something random occurs on the screen right before it happens such as the info or charging screen coming up. A few times the internet connectivity went away when this happened.

A reboot fixes it, although there have been a couple times where it froze after a reboot and required a second reboot to work.

Per Tesla's recommendation, I have filed a bug report using the voice command when this has happened. Tesla service says they don't see anything obvious in the logs. I'm taking the car in today and they are going to try to replace a control board, but I have very little confidence this is going to fix it because they can't tell me why this is happening.
