Have owned model 3 for 5 months, but never used the back seats. Just observed a small cut (nail size) in the middle back seat. Called service center, and they offer to replace the headrest for $190. The warranty doesn't cover it.
I suspect that maybe overstretched because of the cold weather. Did anyone go through this issue? Not sure if it happens again after replacing it. Should I try the upholstery repair and match the white color? Any suggestions are highly appreciated!
BTW, just tried the mobile service to put on the winter tire and wheels. That's awesome!
