Help: Tire damage, shall I replace the whole tire?

I was installing my Aero cover and found this. I feel bad about my safety about this winter tire. Shall I replace it? It is only few weeks old, and it shall be very difficult to find with Tesla for a single tire..

I suspect it’s fine.

Might ask a tire shop to glue the flap down. Just to protect what’s under it and not let it flap around. If it’s not reaching the cords I think it’s fine. That is a slight curb guard and it looks like it did the job.

Another thread said I can simply use a Gorila super glue for things like this.

one more vote to 'goop' it down drive on; if the side wall integrity is intact, you're probably fine
