A little bit of heat from a heat gun easily removes the rear. Heat a little then peel off. Actually did mine this morning since it was going in for a complete PPF. Bought a new gloss black after market one I will be installing after PPF. It is just a fancy sticker at the end of the day you know. As for the front, I have not tried yet but if possible I will remove/unscrew it and then prime and paint it gloss black with a good polyurethane paint. once done a small piece of custom PPF over the front one will help for abrasion and rock damage.
