Another related question is what's Canada's share. Considering their gas is expensive and electricity is cheap, my theory is they could order double the number (per capita) compared to U.S., i.e. if from outstanding 418K reservations U.S. share is 192K, Canada could be up to 2*11% of 192K=42K for a combined of 234K that had an option of placing an order.
