How to clean off gunk from road

See image. I have been unable to clean these spots off of my car which the tire slung up off the road. I have attempted to use regular car wash, liquid dish wash, as well as isopropyl alcohol to no avail. How do I clean this off of my car?

In order of aggressiveness: Bug and tar remover -> clay bar -> polish -> compound

I used diesel fuel on my wife’s old Lexus. Don’t know if I would try it on Tesla paint though?

Thanks guys. I am pretty sure this is a Georgia red clay stain. I've called a detailing pro because I don't trust myself past the bug and tar remover which didn't work.

I suggest giving Optimum Power Clean a try. This is a powerful cleaner that, when diluted 3:1, won't harm your paint. I suggest spraying it on the stained area, let it dwell for a minute, agitate with a wash mitt or sponge, and then rinse off.
