What is this and how can I get it off?

I noticed this "ML" on my car above the driver door after going through the laser wash (while trying to remove all those drip marks that the rain-x protect whatever residue left). I tried to wipe at it with a microfiber cloth to no avail. I hand washed my car again after and still can't get it off.

Now I'm curious what this is for. Anyone works/worked for Tesla and knows if this is written in the factory? (I have a MYLR if it matters).
Also, what is it written with so I can figure out how to remove this stubborn thing.

You could try to take it to a Detailer. This can happen when the Car is dirty and someone writes on the car with their Finger and the Dirt is etched into the Paint.

Letter “R” under the clear coat of the paint on a new “inventory” Tesla model Y

This is a pic of the paint that is near the sunroof: There appears to be an “R” that is below the clear coat. It is smooth around it as well as on top of it, and it isn’t going away with a microfiber cloth. I’m sure this isn’t normal haha, but just wanna make sure I’m not crazy….tesla should...

The car isn’t even a month old yet so it wasn’t from being dirty. I’ll eventually take it to a detailer if I can’t get it off. I’m just annoyed that I haven’t been able to do it myself.
