My brand new Mobile charge arrived. As soon as I plug it in, without even charging I got blinking redlight and error on my Model Y stating handle hot. I tried moving the charger to a known good plug...same error. Using a known good charge on my Nema plug does not produce this error. Basically the charger is faulty. I want to get it return or warranty. Sent a few messages to Tesla and didnt get any reply. How does anyone go about getting something like the charger warranty or replace by Tesla. Do I submit a Service Request using the app?
