HPWC won’t turn off when Charging Complete

Just noticed the green light on my HPWC continues to stream after I receive Charging Complete message on my phone. Any ideas as to why it won’t shut off?

Is your AC on? When plugged in AC will pull from the wall.

Car could be using shore power to run HVAC or battery heating.
