Summon not working at all, neither with the fob or the app

Why does summon completely not work in my vehicle?? Not Smart Summon, but normal forward and reverse summon.

The manual states to turn off the "Require Continuous Press" option in the summon settings, but that option literally does not exist in the manual. The app also always gives the error message "Cannot connect to vehicle" when the car is connected very well to the internet.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Same problem here. Lights come on, and then it quits. This is a recent change, but I can't be sure if it was related to the last update.

This has been going on for quite some time, contacted Tesla and they said something about error codes/alerts coming from the autopilot computer, just waiting for service to open up over here to get my car in

Very interested in what they find out.

I have a service guy coming this week to look into my wiper sprayer issues, thought I'd ask him if he had any info.
