It’s right at 67-68 that it’s the worst. Still, noticeable throughout the entire 60 range. Mine gets louder as I turn left, but Tesla said it wasn’t the wheel bearings.
humming is some sort of acoustic resonance. From the tires originating most likely but possibly something not insulated or tied down in the wheel well?
You might have a 'reed' effect problem. There is a possibility that some part of your fender liner - or any other movable part - is just loose enough to vibrate like a reed in an musical instrument (bassoon or oboe) to create the sound you describe. It would be wind speed dependent.
Your pot-hole jolt might have knocked something loose and when they installed the new tires they pushed it just in the right place to create the noise.
This might be difficult to find without a 68mph wind tunnel. But check the fender liner for anything slightly moveable or that could vibrate - can be on the outside or the inside.
