Impressions after service

    1. Promptly picked up my vehicle. Inspected thoroughly before driving off. I didn't need a temporary vehicle.
    2. Kept me informed.
    3. Replaced driver side floor mat (Kept rolling up) and a rubber seal of the passenger side with no charges.
    4. Provided every item that was on the check list. The vehicle drives superb and is as new as it was on the day I purchased (almost 18 months back!)
    5. Impressive firmware updates (incidentally, the updated iPhone app is also great-it literally follows the car and gives the speed for remote monitoring!)
    6. Promptly delivered the car.
    7. Car was washed and vacuumed thoroughly, including the wheels etc.
    8. Signing off was easy

    Overall, it was worth the money.:smile:

    By the way, the sound system seems better. Is this a reflection of an improved firmware or a mere reflection of the overall satisfaction? However, my feelings were hurt by the statement when they picked up my car that the "car was dirty"!
