Increased miles after full charge

Has anyone else noticed that a full charge on a Model X gives you just over 300 miles. It used to only give about 250 miles. Anyone know why? Thanks.

Nope. The units are miles. I'm assuming ideal. But in any case, it was 250 miles ideal after a full charge.

You are one of two people to report this so far. I'm going to suspect one of three things happened. Latest update either has a bug, calculates rated miles differently, or unlocks more KW. Would be a nice 4th of July surprise as long as it's not a bug. A test trip past 250 miles would be nice to confirm.

So you need to check the Units & Format settings. Somehow yours switched from Rated to ideal as seen in the photo. Sorry folks, nothing to see here.

What firmware version are you on? Do you have the word "ideal" underneath your battery on the app? Can you share a screenshot from the app home screen?

None of the screens on the app say anything about "ideal."

The "Home" tab at the bottom of the app with show you a picture of your car, the charge level, and the words "Ideal Range" underneath that.
