Time and time again, Tesla's CEO has said that it's right on the brink of solving self-driving tech. Experts have their doubts.

Sadly I have to agree. Having had AP1 through HW3, I am confident enough where I did not buy$$,$$$ in to FSD on my 2021 S. I am renting it for the time being and depending on how it progresses (maybe 6 more months) I will cancel it and just use basic autopilot for daily commute 90% of which is the HOV lane anyway.

I remember when Elon said that, but I disagree. The majority of Tesla owners don’t have or care about FSD, but the company is doing quite well anyway.
