Invisible post

Hi, i'm a newby

I've made 2 posts yesterday and they did'nt showed up in the msg count, nor were visible if i logged out.

One, the 5th, eventually showed up many hours later. The other have yet to show up:

Why's that? It is a newby thing or related to the embedded links?
Thanks for clarify, don't want to do something wrong. Nothing about it in the rules.

But i see the post is not yet visible if you're not logged in: does it means is still in moderation?

How to avoid, if is possible, for this to happen again? It is because i've included an external link? Should i avoid posting links in the future?

Yes, the said post doesn't even show up in the message count, so it must be still in moderation.
