Is it normal to be able to lift the seat up

Row 2 right seat left side can be lifted up (as shown in the pictures below). Right seat right side can't be lifted. Left 2 seats can't be lifted.
Row 3 center (by the cup holders) can be lifted up. Left side of left seat and right side of right seat can't be lifted.
Is this normal?

Yes the seats snaps in place. Don’t pull out the seats too far because there’s cable for the heated seat which needs to be unlatched first
