Is loan servicing done by Tesla?

Hi,
When your loan is with a third party bank, does the servicing happen through Tesla.com or through the bank (eg chase.com) for things like loan payment and address change?
What about when you call them on the phone? Is it a Tesla employee or a bank employee answering?

Hey there, AFAIK the loans are serviced by the loan issuing bank.

The Tesla website says you can pay your lease on the app. Wonder if some loans are farmed out, some are kept in with Tesla??
