Is Model S rear jump seats legal in NZ?

Wanted to know if the jump seats in Model S legal in NZ? If so, where can I buy it in NZ? I want to retrofit it to my Lexus Rx 350

These were only available on older model S as an option. I think they were discontinued before Tesla arrived officially in NZ

If there are any in NZ they are probably on older model S personally imported cars

You might be able to find some on ebay

Legality I've no idea
