Is my hood dipping to low?

Am i going crazy or is it supposed to be higher?

There are two rubber stops under the hood. If you want to make the front center bit a little higher, you actually lower the rubber stops, as it's a concave piece of metal. Lowering the rubber stops, raises the front center, and vice versa.

Of course, look over the whole hood, just to be sure, there isn't some other reason for the front center being low, like maybe the whole hood is low.
 
Sounds like exactly what they would do.
Careful with them anyway, usually all the do with trunk frunk and tailight headlight adjustments is a. strip screws, bolts b. make it worse c. break something else unrelated d. scratch or scuff paint anywhere on the car
 
Well, these sort of aesthetic issues, the SC is not known for being all that great. Oftentimes, the owner can DIY a better result. If you are taking it to a PPF shop, maybe, they can do a better job at adjusting the hood to be level with the fenders.
