Is there a trick to getting the lumbar adjuster to work?

Basically, the up/dow/in/out button only partially works on either the driver or passenger seat. At times, I can inflate the lumbar, but then I can't deflate it or move it up or down. More often I can't make any adjustments.

I have tried doing a total reset (two steering wheel knobs plus Park) with no change.

Mine seems to work just fine in all directions in both seats. Maybe you aren't pressing in the right place on the control? Otherwise, I would get an SC to take a look.

Our Model 3 is the same way, it’s funky and doesn’t work. If you inflate it and move it downward, it deflates. I’ve definitely made sure I was using the control the right way, so it can’t be that. I think it needs a SC visit.
