Is there much difference between the All Wheel Drive and the Rear Wheel Drive Y?

1) All wheel drive trims are faster.
2) All wheel drive trims have different battery cells chemistry. Rear wheel uses LFP chemistry which is a topic you can look up to see benefits vs. cons.
3) Rear wheel trims have lower range currently.

You should try both on curvy road, or just when doing quick acceleration,
where the action of the front motor is really noticeable and provides a smother ride.
The range difference is really the major criteria as range is strongly affected with
the speed, the load you carry, the front wind, weather conditions... and worth the $5k.
