Is this DMV fee look right to you?

Hi,

I bought a 2016 Model X 75D from FL. They sent my vehicle registration to a third party to do registration for my car. They sent me a bill. I am not sure if it is the right amount of money they charge as DMV. I understand they'll charge some fee for their service, I am cool with that, but there are a lot of charges from state to city and gas surge charge on EV? What do you guys think? I am in the Bay Area. Please take a look at the picture.

The following bill increased vehicle registration fees by as much as $175, plus added $100 for zero emission vehicles 2020 model year and newer:
Bill Text - SB-1 Transportation funding.

Honestly I'm surprised the tax amount is so low. I would have expected that to be closer to $5k or so, unless the sale was not considered to be a California purchase or you paid sales tax differently.

I just paid about $6k out of pocket to register in Louisiana.
