Issue with Go Off Grid Function

I used to have GO OFF GRID in my App but last month (Jan 2022) I had a second PW installed and at the same time the replaced my old TEG1 with the new Gateway 2. Now the Go Off Grid option no longer shows on my App. How do I get it back?

I currently have an open case with Tesla about a very similar scenario. I'll report back when I hear anything from them.

My "off the grid" functionality has been restored.

I was informed by Tesla that it's a feature flag that had been disabled on my account. It could be a wider issue that Tesla is currently looking to resolve.
