Juicebox 32A plug in - plug out

I recently was reviewing the charging history on the Juicebox via EV JuiceNet. I’ve been seeing quite a few plug in and plug outs, the duration spans immediate to ten minutes or so. I’m controlling the charge start time from the Tesla (scheduled) I’m not receiving any messages from the Juicebox or the Tesla MY about anything. I just received a warranty replacement and I’m seeing the same events?
Any insights on what might be causing this issue?

Check the charge port of the Tesla Model Y for a broken insulator. Also check the charge port for signs of wear, corrosion or scoring. Same for the Tesla J1772 adapter.
