Juicebox 48 problem TOU charge, car limits to 5 amp

Have a Juicebox 48. Tesla built in TOU schedule is not as useful to say DO NOT CHARGE FROM 5-11PM for utility agreed time I won't charge. But Juicebox lets me set this as a no-go time. New problem with Tesla/Juicebox.

Recently, the car has started doing something weird.
1. Plug in at say 6pm
2. Car starts to charge and gets 48AMPS as the max it can do from charger. (normal)
3. About 10 seconds later, Juicebox cuts off power because in no-go time frame. (normal)
4. Car shows "Charge equipment unavailable" warning on screen and stops charging (This is normal)
5. BUT max limit on car screen changes from 48 -->5 amps as does the charge set point. (wrong....)

6. If I'm sitting there, I can bump the level up to say 32 amps, even though car still says 5 amp max. Car will charge at what ever I set it to OR charge at 5 amps if I don't do anything once charger starts sending power again.

Any other Juicebox users have this problem? It is new as I have had Juice box for almost 2 years and the limit never use to go down from 48 amps when charger temporarily stopped charging for TOU schedule.

Also, any ChargePoint users also use TOU schedule and NOT have this problem with current Tesla software? Looking at those as an option.

Thanks
