Is everyone else experiencing long service delays? I brought my model x in for service a week ago Monday - as of today, they have not even looked at my vehicle.
This is the 3rd time the vehicle is in the shop to repair the middle seat. They know the seat needs to be replaced and they have the part in stock. This is a new vehicle and this is warranty work.
I am curious if other people are having the same experience.
