Would it be possible to setup a key card that only has valet access, which I can give to valet, service, window tinting shops etc.? Or do key cards all have full access without any ability to limit them?

Change the user profile to "Valet Mode" and give the shop any key card. Valet Mode requires a PIN to disable.
