Looks like the Knoxville Tesla Store is a "real thing" now. Not only is it listed on the tesla.com "Find Us" as a Store (and not just as "Service"), but last night the pop-up was updated to include a "Store Email".

I haven't been there since last weekend so I don't know if they actually have any models in the showroom but they are accepting test drives on a Model Y.

And I've seen others mention a Grand Opening from Friday, July 30th through Sunday, August 1st.
