LEASE Money Questions

Hi All,

I am considering leasing the Model Y - LR now that Tesla has dropped prices. I chatted with two Tesla agents about the lease financing and got conflicting information at worse, and information that I don't think made sense at best ... so I'm coming to the experts
Tesla says that the Y - LR lease if $4500 down and $469 a month for 36 months, exc. taxes and fees. Is interest included in this Tesla estimate ?
2) would I save interest if I paid the entire lease on ~ the day I take car delivery ?
3) One Tesla Rep said that the apr is 8.8% via Tesla. Can the lease financing go through a bank other than Tesla ?

1) You should never put money down on a lease, they should always be $0 down. Leasing uses a Money Factor, lots of sites that focus on leasing can help explain that. The cost is part of the lease.
