Longshot anyone on here see or own the Model 3 in San Francisco with the Plate BatMobile?

I would love to know the brand of body kit on that car. I wish I snapped a picture last week when I saw it in person. It was a dark flat black / gray lowered with the plate batmobile or a variation of that name.
