Looking for a US 2021Tesla Y, CCS2 Retrofit kit for the EU

Hey - I actually just went through this with my 2018 US model 3 that I bought with me to Europe. In my case I needed to update the charge port ECU to v4 to get ccs adapter support enabled.

After doing that, I bought a CCS2 to US TPC/NACS (Tesla proprietary connector) from evseadapters.com. Unfortunately, the adapter won’t work out of the box unless you have a EU charge port ECU so I had to modify the adapter to add a 160 ohm resistor between the PE and PE contacts.

After doing this, my car can charge at all CCS2 charging stations but not at V3 superchargers.

Curiously, if replacing the ECU with the PN:1537264-20-B EU instead of 1537264-00-B US, will Tesla CCS2 V3 SC be supported while using the same adptor or the one shown below, which I guess the resistor is built-in and can be toggled by switch
