Looking to get a Clean Pass in NYS for my new midrange M3, but only long range is eligible

The last update on the list was Sept 20th, the MR didn't come out until October.

I'll give it a shot. The next and more important question is whether I put the stickers on my beautiful new car. I think I'll just keep them in the car in case I get pulled over.
