Louisiana Tesla Owners

I am attempting to get the tax incentive for my Model S. The problem is with Louisiana we have to show the cost of particular electrical components to determine the amount of the rebate. I remember a couple years ago seeing a post about Tesla formulating the cost for each battery size car. Does anyone remember or have access to the document.

This should help if you haven't gotten it yet. I think it's showing the credit and not the actual conversion cost.
