My RWD LR is 3 weeks old. Taking it in to SVC to address a few minor finish issues, but also included checking battery as I'm also not getting the 324mi, lust 308 at 100%. This is a text I received yesterday from Tesla. Comments?
Hello, this is Tesla service. We are actively reviewing your appointment on 04/25. We see that you are experiencing incorrect total range, this is unfortunately caused by a firmware issue that is currently being reviewed by engineers. This issue will be resolved in a future firmware update. In the meantime, continue charging the vehicle to 90% and leaving the vehicle plugged in after the charge session is completed this will help the battery management system learn its full charge capacity. We look forward to seeing you in order to address your concerns form delivery.
