LTE model S does work sometimes when it has been freezing.

My Tesla model S 2013 LTE does not work for years. I live in Greece. To let it work I have to do a expensive repair. I manage well with connecting to my phone but.....When I was in Austria in the morning when it had been freezing the LTE worked again for a short period. Anybody has a idea??? LTE cannot be completely broken otherwise it would not working after a cold night. Thanks Rene
