Main head lights always on?

My main head lights are always on, when it should be running side lights. I have the light setting on auto. It always used to run on day light running lights but must have changed in a software over the last few weeks.

Anyone else having this problem?

They come on and stay on for a short while if you turn on the wipers or wash-wipe. could be that? Have you tried a reboot too?

I've noticed the same thing, main beams are on straight away in day light when on auto, they seem to be on all the time :/
Must be a bug, hopefully it gets patched out.

Seems to be a "feature" of 2020.12.x - hopefully just a bug... unless it's some new regs?

I’m on 2020.12.11.2. No abnormal headlamp operation noted.

Did a check on my last drive and noted that voice command ‘Headlamps on’ is still ‘Command not yet available’ Seems like a basic command that should be available - like ‘Rear foglamps on’.

I've noticed that, they randomly go on and off during daytime.

Autopilot not available/ auto headlights won’t turn off

Autopilot was working ok during my last drive although it was disconcerting that autosteer was happy to cross double white lines in the middle of the road whilst warning it was limited! Better for it to slow down more and steer more tightly. I suspect this is an EU limitation. Accepted that it is currently only intended for use on motorways - but you have to give it a try to see how close we are to FSD.

I have had this for a while on my SR+. The headlight are on for pretty much no reason most if not all of the time. I have taken to turning them off.
