Maintain charge while plugged in

Hi,

I have my charge level set to 80% but after a day of being plugged in charging has completed and it drops down to 77% after that. Only after I switch it to 90 and then back Down to 80 does it start charging back up again. Is there a way to get it to keep charging when it detects that it has dropped down?

The car won't immediately charge as the battery level drops. Doing so would be hard on the electrical components adding needless cycles to the components. It waits until the battery level drops several percent before running a somewhat longer charging session to top off the battery. It might have been just seconds away from automatically starting a charge session when you manually triggered a charge session.

Just plug the car in and let it be. It'll do its thing to keep the battery charged and healthy.
