Apologies if I've missed it - usually stick to regional sub forums
Does anyone know if/what running changes have been made to the "car computer" - I presume this is the MCU 2?
Long story short, our "car computer" has failed and we will be getting a replacement. I was wondering what, if any changes I might see with the replacement?
I've seem comments in various places over time about 5G capability and slight architectural change - I think mentioned in a Munro video. Having a 2019 car, will it also force our hand on USB connectivity? Not that sentry needs any more than USB 2. We currently have the USB2-A connectors.
I'm thinking more about future capabilities rather than what it may offer now - apart from USB connectors, every Model 3 seems to have pretty much the same capabilities as far as MCU is concerned.
