Microphone/Outgoing call poor quality?

Although calls sound great to me, people tell me that my voice is very difficult to make out. Has anyone else experienced this?

Mine does intermittently- seems to be software as times is is crystal clear, times its super bad, but typically if i hang up and re-call it will fix.

Also occasionally my end of call is super scratchy and terrible, also fixes with either re-call or at worse restart screen.

Standard question now here is, do you have an Apple Watch gen 3? That messes up the signal and I've not seen info that a fix is in the works or not from Apple. Put the watch in airplane mode and try it. (It's the LTE on the watch, whether you have it set up or not.)

no apple watch...I saw that thread...Iphone 6 though, wondering if its just too old to work right with the car. Since it doesn't seem to be a general problem, I think I'll make an appointment to get it checked.

Or just try with a friend's phone. That's all Tesla is going to do. If it still sounds bad, yeah, take it in. If it sounds good you could try erasing your phone and seeing if that fixes the issue.
