Mobile charger lost in transit by UPS, emailed Tesla customer service, so far no answer. So far 10 days gone by.

Mobile charger is lost by ups. Contacted Tesla, generic response.
Poor customer service,
matter is not resolved

You may have to file a claim with UPS since they are the ones who lost it. You will need the UPS tracking number.

UPS will almost certainly say the shipper is the one that has to file a claim with them.
