Model 3 Dual Motor Ontario Rebate

I got my M3 Dual Motor delivered on Sept 23. Quite confused of the policy. So far I understand, in ordered to be eligible for Rebate, the vehicle has to be delivered by Sept. 10 and it has to he listed on MTO site. So mine is not satisfying any of these two and not eligible. Am I thinking right?

Correct. Since AWD never made it to the list, it's not eligible. Also, you took delivery too late even if it was RWD.
