Hey just wanted to see if anyone else has encountered this. I have a 2018 model 3 lr and purchased the frunk from ev offer in Dec which is their mark 3.0 and its been amazing. However on certain occasions when I try to open it it would just unlatch and not motorized open. I see that it pops it open but it won't lift. I then press the button again and it opens through thr motor without any issues... Seems to happen about 10 to 15% of the time. I reached out to ev offer and they been good and trying to find the issue but wanted to see if anyone else had this happen to them.
