Model 3 hissing cracking noise around dashboard

There is a hissing/ cracking noise around driver's side dashboard. This happens after driving about 40 minutes with fan /heater on. When the fan is turned off , it goes away after few minutes. You can hear it at the 1:08 mark on the video posted below. Not sure if I can reproduce this when I take it to service center. Any clue as to what could be causing this ?

It is Model 3 AWD.

It could be an issue with the speakers picking up interference from something in the dash, possible the blower motor or other HVAC related component.

Check to see if it's actually coming from the speaker under the passenger dash. It's above where your left foot would be if you're the passenger.

There is a thread about it. It drives me nuts.
